Yes. The core features are free — try it out and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.

Credits are deducted each time you run an advanced AI feature, especially the higher-end models that deliver more sophisticated results. Your monthly credit allowance depends on your plan and refills automatically when your subscription renews. (Free plans reset on the 1st of each month.)

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. If something goes wrong at checkout, reach out via 1:1 Support and we'll sort it out.

Yes — pick the annual plan and you get two months free.

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until you cancel. You can cancel anytime under Settings → My Account → Subscription & Billing, and you'll keep access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.

Nothing — your work stays safe and accessible no matter what. Downgrading or canceling never deletes anything you've written.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment for monthly plans, or within 14 days for annual plans, and you must have used less than 10% of your AI credits at the time of the request. To request a refund, email hello@novelastudio.com and we'll walk you through it.
